I do everything in my power to prevent breakage during shipping. However, if something does arrive in pieces, I will either refund the total of the item (not including shipping) OR exchange for a current item in the store of equal value.
Notifying me after the 24 hour window will require you to submit a claim with the postal carrier. You will need to provide pictures to prove any damages and you MUST keep the product, box and packaging materials so the shipping company can pick it up and process the claim. Without proof of damages you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company yourself in order to receive a refund.
